INSMS is a non-profit organization, established in 1985 in Lucknow, working on capacity building, training & skill development for youth belonging to marginalized family. It is registered under Societies Registration Act 1860. INSMS has centers spread across 35 districts of Uttar Pradesh.

INSMS is committed to accelerate social, economical, cultural and political change through capacity building, training and skill development in rural, urban & tribal youth, so that they spend a meaningful life.

Our mission is to evolve, develop and support indigenous strategies that would cater to the developmental needs of the rural and urban youth in realizing their true strength and transforming themselves into a developed society.
